Who this is for: an admin moving from spreadsheets or another system, or wanting a copy of their records.
Getting your data in
There is no do-it-yourself import today, and no CSV upload screen. If you have buildings, measures and history in spreadsheets or another system, contact us at [email protected] and we will load it in with you. That is how we prefer to do first setup anyway, because the measure list on each building has to be right for the schedule to be right.
Getting your data out
Your data is yours.
- PDFs of statements, quotes and invoices can be downloaded from their pages at any time.
- Each building has a documents tab where you can keep files with the building, and take them back out.
- For a full export of your records, email [email protected] and we will prepare it for you.
If you are leaving or just want a periodic backup copy, ask for an export the same way. There is no button for it yet, so do not go hunting for one.
