Company settings and branding

Who this is for: the admin. Only administrators can change these settings; everyone else sees them read-only.

Your company details and branding live on the People page, under organisation settings.

Company details

Organisation name: the name that appears on your annual statements, quotes and invoices. Get it exactly right, trading name and all.
ABN: 11 digits, printed on your paperwork.
Billing email: where anything about your Pump House account and invoices goes.
Default quote terms: the payment terms text that starts every new quote, so you do not retype it. You can still change it on an individual quote.

Change a field and a save bar appears; nothing is saved until you choose Save.

One switch worth knowing about: "let technicians create quotes". Off means only admins and coordinators quote; on means a technician can raise a quote in the field, for example while standing in front of the fault.

Branding

Brand colour: pick from the presets, the colour picker, or type a hex code if your sign writer gave you one. It is used for headers, accents and the status pills on your reports.
Report font: the typeface your reports use.
A live preview shows what customers will see, and it updates as you edit.

Your logo

Your logo appears on your reports next to your company name. To set it or change it, email [email protected] with the file (a PNG with a transparent background works best) and we will load it with you.

If the save bar says you do not have permission, you are not signed in as an admin. Ask your admin to make the change, or to change your role if you should be one.
